India is called to be the place of origin for Veda’s and scriptures. Therefore it’s easy to believe that there are ancient meditation and yoga centers where people are taught to cure themselves naturally only by the use of basic techniques or sometimes by taking herbal medications which are far away from side effects.
Yoga postures and meditation are performed in silent and peaceful places. The entire purpose of doing yoga is to give relaxation to the body as well as mind and help them remain stress free and even away from diseases. The remedies and treatments that are performed in the meditation centers are based on the use of natural plants and herbs.
