Upward Bend I Pose of Daily Yoga for Abs (Plugin)

- Lie flat on the floor. Bend your knees to form a right angle, legs closed together and shins parallel to the floor.
- Inhale and grab hold of the lateral sides of your thighs.
- Exhale and straighten your legs and extend your back upward, your front torso reaching to your knees.
- Inhale and roll down; exhale and extend up.

- When extending your back upward, feel your front torso curved inwardly.
- Your abs sh ould be firm and flat.
