Supine Relaxing Yoga Pose

Supine pose Instructions
- Lie flat and bend your knees. Bring your knees close to your abs and hold them with fingers laced together. Release your spine and tailbone down to the floor.
- Stay here or slightly lift up your head and reach your chin to your knees, in order to stretch the back of your neck.

- Widen your shoulder blades and narrow your hip points toward your navel. Feel your back is softly pressing against the floor.

- Releases strain in your back and soothe your mind. This asana helps you regain energies from the previous exercises.
