Dynamic Arch Bridge Pose

Instructions
- Lie flat with thighs up and feet shoulder-width apart.
- Exhale and lift your hips upward to the utmost; curve your front torso as an arch bridge.
- Inhale and roll the spine slowly down onto the floor.

- Place your heels as close as possible to your hips.
- Roll down smoothly to prevent hurt.
