This is all about the grouping of two edges, positive and negative where Sun is considered the positive and Moon is considered negative It involves the presentation of bodily postures, breathing exercises, meditation, mudras and cleansing actions recognized as ‘Shatkriyas’.
The Main objective of Jnana yoga is to separate the person from all the momentary belongings of the life. The person performing this kind of yoga attains calm, control over mind, brain, confidence, aptitude for attentiveness and the staying power to survive.
This yoga is the devotion of all events (karma) and their fruits to the God. This Yoga purifies internally and helps to know about self. Objective of a Karma Yogi is to provide selfless service to the needy and poor.
