Since the potency of lemon juice is strong it helps in getting rid of kidney and gall bladder stones. The nerves are activated because of the mineral content like potassium, calcium, etc in the juice. The cayenne pepper has equal contribution in the master cleanse detox diet. It helps in blood purification and helps in proper blood circulation. It helps in eliminating toxins from the lungs and the bronchial tubes by which the breathing becomes easier. It consists of several vitamins such as A, B, and C which is essential for a healthy body.

The other ingredient that is a part of the master cleanse is the maple syrup. Always use this syrup which is grade B.
